Payment & Policy Information

There are four easy payment methods you can choose from to pay for your World Microbe Forum (WMF) registration.

Credit Card

  • Pay by credit card at the time you submit your registration.

ACH Direct Deposit or Bank/Wire Transfer (the preferred method of payment if not paying by credit card)

  • Download the World Microbe Forum Payment instructions and attach it to your payment request.
  • ACH Direct Deposit or Bank/Wire Transfer is the most efficient way to pay for your registration(s).
  • ACH or Bank/Wire Transfer payment deadline is June 3, 2021. If your payment does not arrive by June 3, 2021, your registration payment type will be changed, and you will be required to pay by credit card.

Check Payments

  • Download the World Microbe Forum Payment instructions and attach it to your payment request.
  • The check payment deadline is June 3, 2021. Check payments are not accepted after the deadline. If your check does not arrive by June 3, 2021, your registration payment type will be changed and you will be required to provide an alternative form of payment.

Please Note: Registrations paid by ACH, Bank/Wire Transfer or Check will not have access to the WMF virtual platform until payment is received and processed to your registration record. Processing your payment can take between 1-2 weeks for ACH and Bank/Wire Transfer payments and 2 weeks for check payments.


Registration Confirmation/Receipt

  • After registration is completed, attendees will receive an official World Microbe Forum confirmation through email. The email confrimation will serve as your receipt.
  • You will not be considered a World Microbe Forum registrant until the full payment has been processed. If you are paying by ACH, Bank/Wire Transfer or Check, your initial confirmation will be marked “Payment Due”. Therefore, your registration will be incomplete and access to the virtual platform will not be provided until your payment is received and processed.
  • If you did not receive the official World Microbe Forum confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder before contacting Experient.
  • If you need another copy of your confirmation email, log back into your account and select "view/resend email" on the dashboard or the confirmation page. Alternatively, you can contact Experient to request that the confirmation email be resent.
